It’s time to make way for this summer’s hottest makeup trend: Barbiecore.

Wondering what this Barbie beauty trend brings with it? Think: pink.

And a lot of it.

It’s all about having fun and feeling good in your skin, no matter how you interpret the look.

Here’s how I’ve incorporated the Barbie esthetic into my makeup routine:

To create a flawless complexion, I used Stila Stay All Day Foundation and Concealer and applied it with a Beauty Blender. I love the finish on this product because it’s lightweight with buildable coverage. It’s oil-free and finishes matte, and it offers a long-wearing and water-resistant finish. Plus, it comes with a hidden concealer compartment.

To define my facial features, I contoured my face with the Glo Skin Beauty Contour Kit. This mineral powder contouring palette is great for defining and adding dimension to the face. Next to get that perfect sun-kissed glow, I added a hint of the NARS Laguna Bronzer.

To dress the eyes, I started by applying the Charlotte Tilbury Matte Eyes to Mesmerize in Nude Pink onto my entire eyelid. I then contoured the crease with MAC Powder in Mode and Brun and drew on a winged liner using the Stila Stay All Day Dual Ended Matte Liquid Eye Liner.

To add a tiny pop of colour, I rimmed the lower lash line with Stila Stay All Day ArtiSix Graphic Liner in Samba then curled my lashes and coated them with Ilia Limitless Lash Mascara.

Finally, to play up the doll eyes, I lined the waterline with Annabelle Waterline Matte Kohl Eyeliner in Beige.

On my cheeks I dusted on MAC Powder Blush in Peony Pink and highlighted the face with the Stila Heaven’s Hue Highlighter.

To complete the look, I lined my lips with MAC Edge to Edge Lip Pencil and coated my lips with Jason Wu Honey Fluff Lip Cream in Pink Nude. I also dabbed a bit of this product to the middle of my eyelid and blended it in to punch up the pink and pull the look together.
